The closest thing I have is a Blitzwing action figure. And he's not even a nazi. He's just a decepticon with a German accent.

LOL! Well, I have a Kerberos Panzer Cop mini figure and a 12" in the post, so I guess those might count as well. In which case...seven Nazis. Ahem! But two of those are Kroenen in gimp and officer mode.

My little men are largely from Hot Toys, with one from Sideshow and one from Takara.

You can get lots of useful info from onesixthwarriors, a forum for action fig fans.
